Titan Industries LLC. founded in 1998 by Joe Ouaknine and Sal Palermo has become a powerhouse in women's fashion footwear. Presently with an emphasis on high fashion footwear made from an array of fun yet sophisticated materials, Titan Industries Inc. has created “artistic” and unique footwear branding their licensors with quality and style. “What’s Art? It’s abstract and unique, isn’t it? So is my footwear. I love to dress women’s feet, I’ve always wanted to have my own company since I started in this business, something I can control, it’s my destiny", says Joe Ouaknine. Titan currently holds the footwear license for Badgley Mischka, Jewel Badgley Mischka, American Designer Badgley Mischka, L'Agence, and Dee Ocleppo.

Born in exotic Morocco, Joe emigrated to Canada and went to the University of Concordia in Montreal, where he was inducted into the school's hall of fame for his soccer's achievements. He moved to Los Angeles in 1977. He built a little three shoe stores chain and went on to become the first to introduce Charles David in the country and then became the first sales manager for Guess footwear via a merger with Charles David. After a 13 year tenure, he co-founded Titan Industries Inc. Today Titan is a fashion forward powerhouse with Brands like Badgley Mischka and others. Joe is involved in various charities and loves philanthropy. He has a passion for golf and is also well known in the Los Angeles Sephardic circles. 

Sal Palermo originally from New York was the owner of two retail women's apparel stores in Westchester County. From there he made his way across the US and in 1974 opened Kickers in Las Vegas. Sal has a great mind for business, as CEO and President of Bianca of Nevada established in 1980, Sal knew he could expand his first store to 28 during the course of 2 decades. "A commitment to offering quality merchandise and outstanding service has enabled such rapid and successful growth," he states as his personal business philosophy.   Along with the professional staff, he has attracted, many of whom have been scouted and trained by Sal himself, Bianca of Nevada concept stores became a shopping experience synonymous with Las Vegas.  Sal Palermo has since retired.

Charles Greer, a Southern California native, began his career in the fashion industry in 1999 as the Vice President and CFO of Bianca of Nevada.  He was instrumental to the growth at Bianca dealing with finance, lease negotiations and operations which contributed to the increase of retail locations.  At the peak of the growth of Bianca in Las Vegas, he also dealt the with the sale of the company in 2006.  Charles joined the Titan family taking the role of CFO and Head of Human Resources.  His professional and financial knowledge has assisted Titan in their growth and success

As recognition for his dedication, ethics and loyalty, Brad Bailey became President and shareholder for Titan Industries, LLC. in 2002. His duties include overseeing of Domestic and International sales and the staff was well as the companies’ day-to-day operations. Having 33 years in the footwear industry to include all aspects; sales, manufacturing and distribution make his knowledge an invaluable asset to Titan Industries, LLC for which he has worked since its inception and has worked with Joe Ouaknine for the past 16 years.
